成功搶到了當日最後一件牛奶捲蛋!!😭 我和 @bubermak 在門外排隊的時候,就一直對蛋糕櫃內僅餘的甜點虎視眈眈👀 啊,還有,當天只顧著拍攝食物的me應該把Buber完完全全的嚇呆了...oops, sorry😆 不過依然要感謝她做了一個非常稱職的手模!
北海道牛乳捲蛋 & 焙茶捲蛋 (各$50HKD) 如果二選其一,我會揀牛奶味... 可以用“驚艷”兩個字形容😍 海綿蛋糕部分好moist。北海道牛乳忌廉清淡但又同時突出,配上焦糖脆脆,可口至極!❤️ Buber就比較喜歡焙茶的甘味,上面配上了小店自家製的乾橙皮,增添了口感及味道層次。

Hokkaido Milk Roll Cake & Hojicha Roll Cake ($50HKD each) Got my hands on the very last piece of Milk Roll Cake, and oh my gosh it was DELICIOUS❤️ The sponge was fluffy, moist and thiccc. The cream was light, yet the flavour of Hokkaido milk really shine thru😍 The crunchy honeycomb added a nice touch too!
